These three “Games” have a great deal in common. They keep our own handicaps using the USGA algorithm, but revise it to “best 5 of the past 10 and only count Wed., Fri., and Sat. Game scores! A brief description of these events and contact points are as follows:
Lawler game payouts include: Teams, Par 3 Proxies, Low Gross x 1 or 2, Low Net x 4, 5, or 6, “Skins”
Black Friday Game payouts include: Teams, Par 3 Proxies, Low Gross x 1 or 2, Low Net x 2 and “Skins” (*Based on age & ability)
Saturday Game payouts include: Teams, Par 3 Proxies, Low Gross x 1 or 2, Low Net x 3, 4, or 5, “Skins”

Oakcreek Country Club Women’s Golf Association
The OCCWGA (women’s league) is always open to new membership and guests. Play is Tuesday morning shotgun. Variety of weekly games (some grouping like handicappers together; others grouping players as A, B, C, D) and 4 championship competitions. Cost of each weekly game is $5.00. Includes side games of closest to the pin and chip-ins. Handicaps are used. Most games have both gross and net divisions and flights, depending on sign-up numbers. For weekly games, highest handicap allowed is 40. For championships, 36. All women golfers who can keep up a good pace of play over 18 holes and have basic knowledge of the rules of golf are welcome to join. Having lunch together afterwards is encouraged, but not mandatory. The league has a formal structure – board and committees, bylaws, etc. and four formal luncheons, usually with entertainment, each year.

Friday Payday
The game is open to ALL players, male and female, who have a valid and current GHIN.
Start times vary with season. Play is always on Friday mornings.
The game is an Individual Low Net (ILN) game, and will also include a skins game. The entry fee is $15, to be divided $10 toward the ILN, and $5 toward the skins. Any new member should contact Mark Elder – President for information – (928) 554-4453 or markelder904@gmail.com.

Cost: $50 per player
Format: Two day, 36-hole Cumulative Stroke Play
Details: Open to all members, The Club Championship is your opportunity to test your skills against the best golfers Oakcreek Country Club has to offer! With Gross, Net, and Senior’s Divisions, this tournament will truly have something for everyone.
The OCCMGA has kindly donated $250 to the Prize Fund.
Gross Division: Open to Men with an index of 7 or less, will be played from the Black Tees. The Winner of this flight will be this year’s Club Champion.
Open Division: Open to Men with an index of 8 or higher, will be played from the Blue Tees. The Winner of this flight will be this year’s Open Gross Club Champion and the Net Winner will be this year’s Open Net Club Champion
Senior Division: Open to Men age 65+ of all handicaps from the White Tees. The Winner of this flight will be this year’s Senior Club Champion and the Net Winner will be this year’s Senior Net Club Champion.
Super Senior Division: Open to all Members age 80+ of all handicaps from the Gold Tees. The Winner of this flight will be this year’s SUPER Senior Club Champion the Net Winner will be this year’s SUPER Senior Net Club Champion.
Women’s Division: Will Be Held Oct. 31st and Nov. 7th (more info to come)
